When walking around Ottawa, I was surprised to find lots of murals on the sides and fronts of shops. They are all well maintained and cared for and despite Ottawa’s pride in its other attractions, these murals are not mentioned in any of the tourist literature in the hotel I was staying in. These are pictures of the murals we encountered on our walk around the old town, I suspect there may be more as we did not explore all the street corners.
