Arty Arizona

The public art displayed around the parking lot of this set of shops in Sedona lured me in to park my car and investigate it a bit further.

What is not apparent from these pictures is that the colourful sculptures consist of many moving parts.  They move and rotate in the gentle breeze blowing through the red sandstone landscape.

Having parked my car, I walked through the shopping area and found some more wonderfully playful public art.

The child picking up the frog took my particular fancy and I’m now looking forward to the tadpoles in my own pond growing into four legged amphibians.
