In the evening, I chose a single spot in the village to capture the same view over time as the sun was setting over the canyon.
Looking the other way, the sunset reflected beautifully in the Lookout Studio.
I then had dinner at the Arizona Room, the restaurant in Grand Canyon Village famous for its panoramic window and excellent food. The salad I had was the special of the day with cold sirloin pieces. I assume that it was the special as the night before not enough sirloin had been ordered. If that was the left-over meat, I can only dream of how a steak there would taste and know what I’ll be ordering next time I’m there!
