you’re sure of a big surprise.
Part of the 100 Aker Wood has been reproduced in one of the exhibition sections to commemorate AA Milne and EH Shepard’s classic children’s books. It includes a bridge on which you can pretend to play pooh-sticks, a slide and a small table at which you can pretend to have a Teddy Bear’s picnic.
Items on display behind glass include some original sketches,
the plates made from them to print the books and copies of the books themselves.
There is also a cabinet of a wide range of toys, games and other merchandise that was created of Winnie the Pooh and his friends over the years.
And for those of you waiting for me to have another international adventure, I’m putting on my big boots…
