High Water Mark

High Water MarkAlongside visiting the ‘important, touristy’ things in a city, I like discovering things that are not listed on tripadvisor and locals may walk past every day without noticing.  One such find in Austin was High Water Mark, part of Austin Art in Public Places which is along Cezar Chavez on either side of South First Street.
